Mekall Kaltenbach has worked in accounting and finance for over a decade, with experience in both public accounting and the private sector.

Her work has focused on financial reporting and operational finance, supporting leaders across a range of organizations.

Mekall holds undergraduate and master’s degrees in accounting from Oklahoma State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

She currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Brian Cox Mechanical, where she oversees the company’s financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Mekall works closely with executive leadership and operational teams, contributing financial perspective to help align decisions with business goals.
